How do we act as a data processor for chatbot customers?

When our customers integrate the Tellyou chatbot function into their own websites, they may process personal data from their website visitors in accordance with their own privacy policies. In these cases, Tellyou AI AB acts as a data processor on behalf of those customers with respect to the personal data processed through chatbot interactions. As a data processor, we process chatbot interaction data only on documented instructions from our customers, who are the data controllers. Our customers are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to their end users and for defining the purposes and legal bases for processing that personal data.
