We process personal data contained in Customer Data only as a Data Processor on behalf of the Customer, who is the Data Controller, and only for the purpose of providing the service to the Customer. This includes processing that is necessary for core service delivery, support, service, and maintenance. We do not process Customer Data for any other purposes unless there is a legal obligation requiring such processing. We may use anonymized, disconnected data, which no longer identifies individuals or can be linked back to the Customer, to further improve our machine learning algorithms and to improve the quality of the service. Such anonymized, disconnected data may be retained after the end of the Customer’s use of the service because it does not constitute personal data or identifiable Customer Data.
