How do we handle API and service upgrades or maintenance
We reserve the right to perform scheduled upgrades and maintenance to the service, which may cause the service to become temporarily unavailable to the customer and its respondents. Changes to APIs that we provide are introduced according to our API License & Disclaimer, which describes how such changes are managed. When changes to functionality, web services, or APIs are expected to affect the customer, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ written notice. Temporary unavailability due to scheduled upgrades or maintenance conducted under these terms does not constitute a breach of the agreement.
