A Category A (Critical) error that lasts more than five (5) days is considered a material breach of the agreement, giving the customer the right to terminate the agreement. A Category B (Serious) error that lasts more than ten (10) days is also considered a material breach, providing the same right of termination to the customer. The duration is calculated from the time the error is notified to us, assuming sufficient information is provided for us to understand and verify the error.
