We are not obligated to proactively monitor the service to ensure compliance with the Terms. We reserve the right at all times to edit, refuse to post, remove, or delete any information or materials, in whole or in part, if we reasonably suspect that the information or materials violate any of the stated prohibitions (including unlawful, infringing, offensive, or service-disruptive use). This right exists without creating any duty to monitor all customer or User content. The customer remains responsible for ensuring that its Users comply with the Terms.
