The customer may from time to time provide suggestions, comments for enhancements or functionality, or other feedback (collectively, “Feedback”) regarding the service or other intellectual property of ours, for example in connection with customization of the services. We have full discretion to decide whether or not to develop or implement any requested enhancements, new features, or functionality. The customer grants us a royalty-free, fully paid up, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, and perpetual license to copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, and create derivative works of the Feedback, and to develop, manufacture, have manufactured, market, promote, sell, have sold, offer for sale, import, rent, provide, and/or lease products or services that practice or embody, or are configured for use in practicing, the Feedback and any subject matter of the Feedback.
