Subject to the limited rights expressly granted in the agreement, the contractual relationship between us and the customer does not transfer any intellectual property rights from us to the customer. All rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including software, documentation, underlying technology, know-how, and all associated intellectual property rights, remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors. The customer receives only the limited right to access and use the service as set out in the agreement and does not acquire any ownership rights.
