We are not liable for any losses that the customer may incur as a result of an unauthorized person using a User’s password or account, whether or not the User has knowledge of that use. However, the customer can be held liable for losses that we or a third party incur as a result of such unauthorized use. The customer is responsible for protecting User credentials and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches. Users are prohibited from using anyone else’s account at any time.
