What compensation do we offer if we miss error resolution times
If we do not succeed in curing a Category A or Category B error within the applicable resolution time, the customer is entitled to a free extension of the service. The customer must claim such free extensions within ninety (90) days following the date of the error notification. For failing to meet the resolution time for a Category A error, the free extension period is fourteen (14) days. For failing to meet the resolution time for a Category B error, the free extension period is four (4) days. No free extension is given for Category C errors. The total free extension periods per year are limited to twenty-eight (28) days in aggregate. These free extensions are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy if we fail to meet the specified error resolution times.
