How do we define and manage planned downtime
Planned downtime is not considered an error and does not constitute a breach of contract. Planned downtime may be necessary to perform updates or maintenance on hardware or software. We may schedule planned downtime up to ten (10) times each calendar year. Planned downtime must be performed outside normal business hours (09:00–17:00 CET). For standard planned downtime, we will notify the customer at least five (5) business days in advance. For planned downtime of up to twenty-four (24) hours, we will provide at least ten (10) days’ notice. Downtime that meets these conditions is not treated as a breach of contract.
