Upon termination or expiration of the agreement for any reason, the Customer may request an export of the Customer Data. The export will be provided in a predefined format. The Customer must make this export request within thirty (30) days of the effective date of termination or expiration of the agreement. Any Customer Data exported in this way remains subject to the agreement’s terms, including any restrictions on use and disclosure. After termination or expiration, anonymized, disconnected data that we have derived from Customer Data may be retained and used to improve the quality of the service and our machine learning algorithms, since such data is no longer linked to an identifiable customer or individual.
