When a customer signs the agreement, we set up an Organization Account in the service effective from the Subscription Commence Date. The customer may then grant users access to this Organization Account, limited to the number of users specified in the agreement. Each user of the service (each “User”) must agree to comply with the applicable provisions of the Terms, and we may require Users to accept our Acceptable Use Policy or a similar policy. The service is available only to Users for whom the customer has a valid license obtained through a paid contract price for the subscription, or at least a pending payment from the initial invoice. Each User account must be linked to a valid email address. User accounts are personal and must not be shared or used by more than one individual. The customer is responsible for all activities that occur under the Users’ accounts and must ensure that user identities, passwords, and equivalent credentials obtained in conjunction with registration are stored and used securely and are not accessible by third parties. The customer must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of a User’s account or any other breach of security. Users are not allowed to use anyone else’s account at any time. The customer guarantees that all information provided upon registration is accurate.
