The customer is responsible for ensuring that all Users respect the Terms and especially this acceptable use provision. The customer is responsible for ensuring that its use of the service complies fully with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, and other relevant legal requirements. We do not provide legal advice regarding the use of the service and are not liable for any legal consequences arising from the customer’s or Users’ use of the service.
