We provide the service on an “as is” basis as a standardized service. The customer’s right to use the service is not conditional on any specific version or specific functionality being available at a certain time. Instead, the customer has access to and may use the service as it exists at any given time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the service available with a monthly uptime percentage of at least 99.5% during any monthly calendar cycle, excluding planned downtime. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to make improvements, add features, modify or remove functionality, or correct errors or defects in the service. However, we will not remove functionality that, in our reasonable opinion, must be considered a core functionality of the service.
