How does phone hunting choose who to call?

Summary: Tellyou calls eligible members sequentially and rotates the starting member over time.

For a team handoff, Tellyou considers eligible members of the selected team. Team priority is respected, and round-robin routing rotates the starting member.

For a company-wide handoff without a team, Tellyou considers all eligible company members and uses a company-wide round-robin order.

Each eligible member is attempted once per handoff. The first member to press 1 is connected, and the remaining attempts stop.

Members unavailable for voice, outside working hours, missing a trusted phone number, or disabled in the selected team are skipped.
